With over 25 years of experience operating a Swim School and serving as a Senior Coach (Swimming) under the National Registry of Coaches (NROC) in Singapore, I am a highly accomplished AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (TSW) Course Presenter and Swim Schools International (SSI) Swim Teacher Instructor.

I specialize in conducting certification courses for aspiring swim teachers, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the field of aquatic education. My career has been defined by a passion for teaching, empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential through innovative and effective methods.  

In 2018, I advanced my expertise in the Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector by earning the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), an esteemed initiative by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). This certification equipped me with cutting-edge facilitation techniques to deliver impactful training programs, both online and in-person, ensuring that learners achieve meaningful results beyond the classroom.

The Journey into Mind Mapping Recognizing the need for powerful tools to unlock creativity, enhance productivity, and improve learning outcomes, I embarked on a transformative journey into Mind Mapping. This innovative technique, developed by the late Professor Tony Buzan, revolutionized how I approached personal growth and professional development.
 

Under the mentorship of Dr. Jorge Castaneda, Grand Master Trainer and CEO of Tony Buzan International, I earned the prestigious Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor (TBLI) qualification. Along the way, I also completed the Advanced Practitioner Certification in Intelligent Memory, deepening my understanding of how this tool can further unlock the brain's natural capabilities for comprehension, creativity, and memory.

Mind Mapping, described by Professor Tony Buzan as the "Swiss Army Knife of the Brain," is a revolutionary technique that enhances information organization, stimulates creative thinking, and connects ideas in a visually structured and meaningful way.
