Fascinated by the human being and the way it functions, I developed my expertise in the field of strategic thinking.
After 13 years as an intercontinental project manager in a multinational company, a project involving more than a hundred engineers all over the world and several million euros won each year, I know the world of business and its challenges.
Later, I refocused on human intelligence by getting closer to the two greatest global figures in strategy and learning.
So, to prove that it is possible to achieve excellence through what I teach, I was the first Frenchman to win the Bronze Medal in 2016 at the World Rapid Reading Championships in Singapore.
It is all my expertise that I propose to put at your disposal.
Now, Michel reoriented his activity on human intelligence by approaching the two most important figures in strategy and learning, Dr. Richard Bandler (co-creator of Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Tony Buzan, and teaching their expertise.
In order to prove that excellence can be learnt, Michel was the first French person who won in 2016 the Bronze Medal at the World Speed Reading Championships in Singapore.
Today, Michel teaches in French, English, Polish and Romanian advanced strategies for the world of education, of the militaries, and of major companies. Michel also works on the creation of experimental schools in Romania, in order to improve the country’s school system.

Nathalie de Marcé is a Business Coach and a Tony Buzan Master Instructor in Mind Mapping (since 2018), Creativity and Project Management.
Nathalie is a Business Coach, NLP Trainer, NLP Coaching Trainer and Tony Buzan Master Instructor in Mind Mapping, Creativity and Project Management. She is one of the main strategist with OptimiStra, a Coaching Training Institute based in Switzerland. She brings over 20 years as an expert in coaching teams and individuals for high impact results. Her background in diverse disciplines has given her an edge to help her clients program and execute out-of-the-box strategies. The challenges that her clients encounter, regardless of being big corporations, SMBs or high-performance athletes, fall into five distinct areas: team building, effective communication, leadership, visualisation of goals and business performance.
Ms. de Marcé is described by her clients as a “disruptive creative thinker”. She helps them create new thinking paths that generate ideas and results in the short term.
She is fully trilingual (English, French and Spanish) and a multicultural individual.
Throughout her career, she has directed numerous programs and organisational interventions, from creating content for Nintendo television programs and as a screenwriter for comic relief programs, to working as a facilitator and coach with management teams in the consumer goods and services companies. In addition, she is part of the Top Trainer Team that assist at the seminars of Dr. Richard Bandler.

After working almost two decades in Pharmaceutical Companies, Federica decided to convert her career and become a coach and trainer.
Through her experience in coaching and training Federica has seen how the mind is malleable and how each of us is destined for great things. She became a coach and trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and in the New Code of NLP, training directly from its creators and developers: John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St. Clair and Michael Carroll.
When she discovered Tony Buzan's methodology, she decided to add Mind Mapping, Speed Reading and Memory to her skills, becoming a Master Tony Buzan Licensed Instructor in these three disciplines.

Alessandro is a coach and psychologist specialised in change and choice-making since 1994.
Alessandro uses the New Code of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in his daily practice and has been trained directly by John Grinder (co-creator of NLP), Carmen Bostic St.Clair (co-developer of the New Code of NLP) and Michael Carroll.
Alessandro has impressively amassed more than 45,000 hours of coaching in private, business and high level sport in the European Community, Switzerland, Latin America and the USA and, as he is quadrilingual, Alessandro conducts coaching and training sessions fluently in English, French, Italian and Spanish.
