Dr. Castañeda is the CEO of the Tony Buzan Group and is considered the number one expert in Mind Mapping, following the steps of his mentor, the beloved Tony Buzan.
Dr. Castaneda is the inventor of the Root Cause Systemic Mapping methodology for problem solving, the Core Intelligences Leadership Model, and the FISHER process for innovation, which have been successfully used in various companies and government institutions in the world.
He is the author of various books such as Mind Mapping Techniques and Applications and Mind Mapping for MBAs, and co-author with Tony Buzan of books such as ‘The Most Important Graph in the World’ and ‘The creativity equation’. He is also the author of the Multiple Intelligences (2008) and Recall Curves (2007) seminal research.
Dr. Castañeda has a PhD in Management Innovation (Magna Cum Laude) from the Swiss Business School and a Master of Sciences in Operations Research from Stanford.
